I am the ‘Brand Custodian’ for the entire commercial portfolio for Intellion offices by Tata Realty. It involves me leading the thought process of communication and branding by creating integrated marketing strategies to develop the brand’s evolution and media awareness. NOVEL STRATEGIES & PRODUCTS For any organization to build a lasting brand it is pertinent to project its leadership as ‘thought leadrs in their domain. So at RMZ, we created LinkedIn content around the leadership called - “Leaders speak” and launched Podcast called “The Future of Space”. We were the first commercial real estate company to launch our CRE podcast. We created a video to showcase RMZ corporate culture and what it is like working with RMZ. Leveraged Instagram with well curated content spread across – Brand, projects, people and sustainability. The only CRE Company with 48 K followers. MOST SUCCESSFUL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS In 2013 conceived and ideated the Mantri Square “Bangalore Super Mom” marketing event which garnered an excellent response from the participation of around 1,250 women from Bangalore. Increase in footfall 20% and Increase in sales in women and kids category 14%. At RMZ, the objective was to get an investor to divest our assets to fuel our next growth story. We derived a marketing strategy, projecting our brand in line with international standards that investors are used to. Our primary focus was on LinkedIn, where we curated video content and visuals along with strategic informative content. Our post content resonated with our investors. The Result – within a span of 6 months, RMZ Corp concluded. I HAVE ALWAYS ENSURED MY MARKETING PLAN IS WELL DEFINED TO AUGMENT THE OBJECTIVE OF THE ORGANIZATION TO INCREASE SALES, BUILD BRAND AWARENESS AND HAVE A SOCIAL IMPACT THROUGH CRS ACTIVITIES. SOCIAL INITIATIVES At Mantri squarein 2014, to build awareness about ‘autism’ we organized a carathon in support and aid for autism awareness and the proceeds were given to the Autistic Society of India. In 2013 to build awareness on cancer we organized the ‘hair donation drive’ at the mall in association with ‘Hair for Hope Foundation’. For RMZ Foundation, through our urban up and resilient housing initiative, we ensured safe and secure homes for labourers and the people from the marginalized society.
