eXp Realty has announced the appointment of Andrea Marchesi as the new Country Leader for eXp Italy, marking a significant step in the company’s expansion across Europe. Marchesi will lead efforts to grow eXp’s agent network in Italy, championing a client-centric philosophy and leveraging the company’s cloud-based, agent-first platform.
Marchesi’s career in real estate is rooted in technical precision and operational discipline, beginning with his background as a surveyor and administrative manager. Over the years, he has built a reputation for viewing each property as a complex asset requiring accuracy, strategy, and foresight — a foundation that has shaped his structured approach and commitment to long-term value creation.
His professional journey spans international real estate, agency leadership, and entrepreneurship. After gaining senior-level exposure with a major US real estate brand in Milan, Marchesi went on to lead a successful local agency before launching his own independent brokerage in 2018. By 2023, his business had expanded across key Milanese locations, proving the strength of his model in the local market.
Now, Marchesi is channeling that experience into the development of eXp Italy, aiming to accelerate growth and opportunity beyond traditional boundaries by leveraging eXp’s global scale, technology, and collaborative infrastructure.
“After carefully analysing the business, I chose to invest all my energy into the development of eXp Italy.
