Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL), part of the Lalbhai Group and one of India’s leading real estate developers, has announced the acquisition of a new residential high-rise project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, with a top-line potential of approximately ₹550 crore. Spread across 4.18 acres and offering a saleable area of 4.6 lakh sq. ft., the project has been acquired on an outright basis.
Located in the Nallurahalli area of Whitefield, the development follows ASL’s earlier acquisition of a high-rise project on ITPL Road in FY25. Whitefield continues to be one of Bengaluru’s most dynamic real estate markets, driven by its proximity to IT parks, global corporations, and robust social infrastructure, making it a preferred destination for professionals and families seeking premium living spaces.
This marks ASL’s 9th high-rise project in Bengaluru. Since entering the city in 2013, the company has added 13 projects, with six already delivered and seven in various stages of development or pre-launch.
“We are happy to add another high-rise project in Bengaluru, strengthening our vertical development portfolio in the city. This is our second acquisition in Whitefield, one of Bengaluru’s most premium residential markets. It aligns with our strategic vision to deliver premium developments in high-demand micro-markets, ensuring sustained end-user interest and strong value creation,” said Mr. Priyansh Kapoor, CEO and Whole Time Director, Arvind SmartSpaces.
ASL continues to expand its footprint across Gujarat, Bengaluru, and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), with more projects expected to be announced during the remainder of the year.
