Arzan Khambatta Unveils ‘Lady Eternity’ for Agami’s Bandra Boutique Project

In a striking confluence of design and emotion, Agami Realty has unveiled a monumental sculpture titled Lady Eternity at its boutique residential development, Agami Eternity, located in the historic Kalanagar enclave of Bandra East. Created by renowned architect-turned-sculptor Arzan Khambatta, the 15-foot-tall metal and crystal installation stands as a tribute to timeless love, aspiration, and the spirit of community.

The sculpture anchors the identity of Agami Eternity, a thoughtfully redeveloped residential tower built on the former site of Samaj Seva Co-operative Housing Society. The project comprises a stilt area, ground floor, and 22 upper floors housing 65 luxury apartments, including homes for 16 society members. Designed by Reza Kabul, the development reflects Agami Realty’s philosophy of liberating spaces through design and embedding art into everyday living.

“The sculpture was conceived and executed as a tribute to both Kalanagar’s status as a historic enclave of art and culture, as well as the project’s community-centric and inclusive outlook,” said Prashant Khandelwal, CEO of Agami Realty and Joint Secretary of CREDAI MCHI. “We wanted to create a landmark that infuses art into living ecosystems, making them more accessible, aspirational and aesthetic.”

Lady Eternity features a feminine figure holding an infinity loop like a soaring kite, with its strings passing through her heart—a visual metaphor for love as the eternal essence of life. “While human lives pass, what truly endures is love,” said Arzan Khambatta. “A home is where eternal love is nurtured, and it is a woman that is at the heart of every home.”

The sculpture is adorned with rose quartz crystals, chosen for their healing energy and symbolic resonance. “Her pulse is healing, full of compassion and infinite renewal. In her presence, you are reminded that eternity is not found in the faraway stars, but in the heartbeat within you,” Khambatta added.

Beyond love, Lady Eternity also symbolizes aspiration. The kite, soaring into the infinite, represents the human spirit rising through resistance. Its strings, anchored in the heart, remind viewers that home is both a grounding force and a launchpad for dreams.

By intertwining these dual narratives—love and aspiration—Lady Eternity invites residents and passers-by to find their own reflection within her form. It stands not just as a sculpture, but as a living symbol of Agami Realty’s commitment to community-driven design and emotional resonance in urban development.
