Table Space Expands Across NCR, Adds 5.4 Lakh Sq. Ft. of Workspaces

Table Space Expands Across NCR, Adds 5.4 Lakh Sq. Ft. of Workspaces

Table Space, one of India’s fastest-growing enterprise-managed workspace providers, has announced its entry into New Delhi and a major expansion across Gurugram, adding over 5,40,000 sq. ft. of premium office space across the National Capital Region. With this, the company’s NCR portfolio now exceeds 2.2 million sq. ft., reinforcing its role as a preferred partner for global enterprises and GCCs.

The expansion includes new centers at Worldmark 4, Aerocity in New Delhi and DLF Downtown, Godrej GCR, Atrium Place, and Good Earth Business Bay II in Gurugram. These additions also introduce over 3,000 seats under Suites, Table Space’s ready-to-move-in offering that combines privacy, premium design, and enterprise-grade infrastructure.

The newly launched Aerocity center spans 50,000 sq. ft. and integrates wellness-focused amenities, advanced collaboration zones, and direct metro access—positioning it as a strategic choice for enterprise teams and visitors.

Highlights from the Gurugram expansion include:

  • DLF Downtown: 85,000 sq. ft. near Cyberhub, designed for innovation and connectivity

  • Godrej GCR: 150,000 sq. ft. on Golf Course Road, with metro access and cultural proximity

  • Good Earth Business Bay II: 70,000 sq. ft. in Sector 58, blending sustainability with convenience

  • Atrium Place: 190,000 sq. ft. on NH8, offering hospitality-rich surroundings and seamless transport links

Each center reflects Table Space’s design philosophy—blending technology, sustainability, and elevated workplace experience. Amenities include smart facility management, concierge services, work cafés, medical rooms, and collaboration zones tailored for productivity and comfort.

This expansion aligns with Table Space’s broader vision: to offer scalable, sustainable, and experience-led workspace solutions that empower enterprises to thrive in India’s most competitive office markets.
