Ashiana Housing Ltd. has announced the launch of Phase 2 of Ashiana Vatsalya, its thoughtfully designed senior living community in Chennai. Spread across 2.73 acres, the new phase builds on the strong momentum of Phase 1, which has already sold 205 of 258 units and generated over Rs167 crore in sales.
