Awfis Space Solutions Ltd., India’s largest publicly listed workspace provider, has launched a new centre in Supreme Business Park, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, adding ~50,000 sq. ft. to its Mumbai portfolio.
The new centre is already occupied by Howden Insurance Brokers India Pvt. Ltd., which has signed a 60-month lease for ~36,000 sq. ft., reflecting long-term confidence in Awfis’ managed office solutions. With this expansion, Awfis now operates 35 centres across Mumbai, offering ~1.04 million sq. ft. of flexible workspace to a diverse clientele.
