Binghatti Developments marked a historic milestone by unveiling three major Dubai projects in a single evening at the Jio World Centre, Mumbai. The event introduced Binghatti Vintage, an AED 1.25 billion landmark in Majan, alongside surprise announcements of Binghatti Sky Terraces and Binghatti Pinnacle, making it the company’s first-ever triple launch in one night.
The gala drew over 3,000 distinguished guests, including investors, business leaders, dignitaries, and Bollywood icons. Hosted by Hollywood legend Terry Crews and Bollywood actor Ronit Roy, the evening featured a lavish dinner, live performances, and a dramatic drone show with fireworks that lit up the Mumbai skyline. The night concluded with a soulful performance by Louiz Banks, the “Godfather of Jazz in India.”
Chairman Muhammad Binghatti emphasized the strategic importance of India in the company’s global vision:
“Indian investors have long been among our largest and most trusted buyers. Tonight we celebrate that partnership, strengthening the bridge between the UAE and India’s thriving real estate markets.”
He added that unveiling three projects in one evening reflects Binghatti’s confidence in Dubai’s resilience and long-term growth, positioning India as a strategic ally in shaping global real estate investment.
Binghatti Vintage, set to be Majan’s tallest residential tower, will rise over 40 storeys with 1,572 units, including studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and exclusive Royal Suites. The project offers 16 lifestyle amenities, from infinity pools and fitness clubs to Dubai’s first open-air “Cinema Under the Stars.”
Binghatti Sky Terraces, located in Dubai Motor City, will feature 1,824 residences across tiered layouts with expansive terraces and leisure decks, reflecting Dubai’s evolving skyline.
Binghatti Pinnacle, in Al Jaddaf’s Dubai Healthcare City 2, will offer 1–3 bedroom residences with uninterrupted Burj Khalifa views, family-centric layouts, and rooftop leisure amenities.
The Mumbai launch also kicked off a five-day sales showcase at the Trident Hotel, Bandra Kurla Complex, running from November 16–20, offering exclusive investment opportunities and personalized consultations with the Binghatti team.
With these launches, Binghatti continues to redefine Dubai’s architectural narrative — uniting artistry, investment value, and international collaboration under one vision of excellence.
