Casagrand Premier Builder Limited, one of South India’s most recognized residential developers, has officially opened its new development office in Mumbai. Located at the 11th Floor, Tower B, Peninsula Business Park, Lower Parel, the office marks a significant milestone in Casagrand’s expansion into western India. The inauguration was attended by Ms. Shaina NC, a prominent Indian politician, alongside Mr. Arun Mn, Chairman and Managing Director of Casagrand, and the company’s senior management team.
Founded in 2003, Casagrand has built a reputation for delivering product-driven residential solutions across luxury, mid-end, and affordable categories. With over 22 years of industry experience, the company boasts a portfolio of more than 180 projects and 88+ million sq. ft. of development across Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Dubai. According to a CBRE report, Casagrand has been the largest residential developer in Chennai between January 2017 and June 2025.
The Mumbai office strengthens Casagrand’s operational base in Maharashtra, complementing its ongoing residential project, Casagrand Caladium, near Upper Kharadi in Pune. This expansion reflects the company’s long-term commitment to western India, enabling closer collaboration with partners, consultants, and stakeholders while enhancing agility in the region’s dynamic real estate market.
