With nearly three decades of leadership experience across power, electrical equipment, EPC, and infrastructure, Madan brings deep expertise in P&L management and business building. Prior to Havells, he spent over seven years at Sterlite Electric, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer. He has also held senior leadership roles at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, TBEA Energy India, and Sudhir Gensets, where he successfully scaled businesses, led complex operations, and built high‑performing teams across manufacturing and infrastructure‑driven environments.
