Actor Hrithik Roshan has made a significant investment in Mumbai’s real estate market, purchasing premium office space worth Rs 28 crore at Yura, a Grade A neighbourhood office complex in Juhu developed by Pecan Realty and Transcon.
Roshan has acquired approximately 7,000 sq. ft. across two floors in Wing C of the project under his ventures HRX Digitech LLP and Filmkunj (Bombay) LLP. The wing itself is designed as a premium “one floor per family” concept, offering exclusivity and privacy to its occupants.
Located strategically near Juhu Circle, Yura has quickly emerged as a sought-after commercial hub for residents seeking modern workspaces closer to home. Industry sources note that the property sits mid-way between Hrithik Roshan’s residence and that of his father, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, making it an ideal choice for their office operations.
The mixed-use development offers bespoke workspaces, curated retail outlets, and spaces earmarked for cafés and restaurants, catering to both professionals and lifestyle seekers. Connectivity is a major highlight, with seamless access to three metro corridors (Line 1, Line 2A, and the upcoming Line 2B), the new coastal road sea-link, and the Western Express Highway, ensuring convenience for occupants and visitors alike.
While the spokesperson for Yura by Pecan and Transcon was unavailable for comment, the acquisition underscores the growing appeal of premium neighbourhood office complexes in Mumbai’s upscale markets. With celebrities and entrepreneurs increasingly investing in such developments, Yura is positioning itself as a landmark destination for modern commercial spaces in Juhu.
