Raymond Realty has announced the appointment of Karan Verma to lead its NRI-focused initiatives, with a mandate spanning channel sourcing, pre-sales, and strategic closures. With over a decade of experience across marquee developers and advisory firms, Verma brings a proven ability to drive high-value transactions and build scalable sales ecosystems.
Most recently, he served as Assistant General Manager at Piramal Realty, where he managed a pipeline of 8 million sq.ft.. across South Mumbai and the central suburbs. Prior to that, at The Guardians Real Estate Advisory, he contributed to a 1 million sq.ft.. channel portfolio and delivered sales worth Rs1.4B.
Verma’s earlier stints include leadership roles at Runwal Group, Kalpataru Limited, and Lodha Group. At Runwal, he generated Rs149 Cr in a single quarter as Channel Leader in the KDMC market. At Lodha, he contributed over Rs188 Cr in revenue over 21 months in the Thane region, underscoring his consistency as a top-performing individual contributor.
His career began in the hospitality and travel sector with Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited and MakeMyTrip, where he built a strong foundation in customer relationship management and sales. With his new role at Raymond Realty, Verma is expected to deepen the brand’s NRI engagement and accelerate growth across key global investor segments.
