In a strategic move to expand its presence in Ludhiana, Omaxe Group has applied for RERA registration for two upcoming developments—signaling renewed momentum in Punjab’s real estate landscape.
The first project spans 5 acres at Ghumar Mandi Fountain Chowk, a high-footfall zone acquired through a competitive bidding process conducted by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA). Positioned at the city’s commercial core, the site is expected to house a mixed-use development that blends retail, office, and branded residential formats.
The second project is a large-format township planned on South City Road, spread across more than 70 acres. Designed around community living, green infrastructure, and modern urban convenience, the township will feature gated residences, lifestyle amenities, and integrated retail zones—marking a shift toward holistic suburban development.
