Knight Frank India has announced two key leadership appointments in its Facilities and Asset Management Services (FAMS) division—Ram Devagiri as Senior Executive Director and Pawan Koyal as Executive Director and Head of FAMS. The move marks a strategic push to deepen expertise and scale operations in one of the firm’s fastest-growing verticals.

Ram Devagiri returns to Knight Frank with over four decades of global experience across India and Australia, having managed portfolios exceeding 200 million sq. ft. His leadership is defined by strategic foresight, service excellence, and transformation across geographies.

Joining alongside him, Pawan Koyal brings 25+ years of experience in facilities management and operational strategy, with prior leadership roles at ABN AMRO and Dubai Holding. His focus lies in driving innovation, sustainability, and scalable delivery across large-format operations.

Shishir Baijal, Chairman & MD, Knight Frank India, said, “Ram and Pawan bring formidable expertise and leadership to our FAMS business. Their combined vision will propel our platform to new levels of performance and client value.”

Ram Devagiri added, “Facilities and Asset Management today sits at the intersection of innovation and client experience. I look forward to enhancing service quality and building lasting value.”

Pawan Koyal commented, “Facilities Management demands agility and tech integration. Our goal is to create future-ready solutions that redefine client delivery.”

With these appointments, Knight Frank India reinforces its position as a trusted partner in integrated real estate services, combining global standards with local insights to deliver end-to-end solutions.
