Kolte-Patil Developers appoints Vishal Mariya as Group CHRO

Kolte-Patil Developers, a leading Pune-based real estate firm with growing footprints in Mumbai and Bengaluru, has appointed Vishal Mariya as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The move signals a strategic push toward talent-led growth, cultural transformation, and leadership development across the organisation.

With over 17 years of cross-sector experience spanning FMCG, real estate, manufacturing, and EPC, Mariya brings a proven track record of building people-centric organisations. His leadership journey includes key roles at KEC International Ltd., CEAT Tyres, Raychem RPG, Godrej Properties, and Godrej Consumer Products, equipping him with a nuanced understanding of both legacy systems and agile business cultures.

In his new role, Mariya will lead Kolte-Patil’s talent strategy, focusing on employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership excellence. His mandate includes reimagining the company’s culture of excellence, strengthening organisational capabilities, and aligning HR initiatives with long-term business goals. “Vishal’s appointment reflects our belief that people are central to performance. His experience will help us build a future-ready, values-driven organisation,” said a senior executive at Kolte-Patil Developers.

The appointment comes at a time when Kolte-Patil is expanding its operational footprint and investing in digital transformation, customer experience, and sustainable development. Mariya’s leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping a resilient, high-performance culture that supports the company’s growth ambitions.
