Marriott International’s Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts has made its Mumbai debut with the opening of Le Méridien Navi Mumbai, a 129-key property designed for culturally curious travellers seeking inspiration in art, design, and everyday moments.
Set within Navi Mumbai’s evolving urban landscape, the hotel stands as one of the tallest in the city, combining global flair with the area’s distinctive coastal character. With seamless access to key business hubs and the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport just 12 kilometres away, the property is positioned as a compelling address for bleisure travellers.
The hotel features contemporary rooms and suites shaped by mid-century modernism, framed by expansive skyline views. Anchoring its design narrative is a bespoke art installation in the lobby, complemented by wellness offerings such as Tattva Spa, a fitness centre, and an outdoor pool overlooking the hills.
Culinary experiences include Hill View Café with global favourites, Mizuki — a modern Asian restaurant with sweeping views, and Tasse et Café, a European-inspired coffeehouse. The signature Le Scoop programme adds a playful touch with handcrafted frozen treats.
Guests are encouraged to explore Navi Mumbai through curated cultural and nature-led experiences, from the Flamingo Sanctuary to the Parsik Hills and Dhamma Vipula Buddhist Pagoda. The Le Méridien Family Kids Club and La Vie programme further enrich the brand’s identity of celebrating everyday moments.
With over 20,000 sq. ft. of versatile event spaces, including one of Navi Mumbai’s largest outdoor venues, the hotel caters to conferences, board meetings, social gatherings, and weddings.
Kiran Andicot, Senior Vice President, South Asia, Marriott International, said: “The debut of Le Méridien in Mumbai marks an important milestone as Navi Mumbai enters a new phase of growth.”
Saurabh Chowdhury, General Manager, Le Méridien Navi Mumbai, added: “Anchored in the brand’s spirit of savouring the good life, we bring together thoughtfully designed spaces, curated culinary journeys and immersive programmes that celebrate Navi Mumbai’s distinctive character.”
