In her most recent role as AVP, Supply Sourcing & Development, she focused on building a high-quality workforce, driving learning and development, and strengthening the partner ecosystem.
Earlier, Tayal spearheaded platform growth and strategy, sales operations, and the Delhi-NCR business, contributing significantly to Livspace’s expansion and operational excellence. Her ability to combine strategic vision with execution strength has positioned her as a trusted leader within the organization.
Before joining Livspace, Tayal gained diverse experience across Godrej Interio | AV Solutions, Meinhardt Group, Zeppelin Design and Environments, and Omaxe Limited, where she worked in design, engineering, interiors, real estate, and project execution. This cross-functional background now informs her people-centric leadership approach, enabling her to drive a high-performance culture at Livspace.
