Lodha Group has named Anubhav Gupta, FRICS, as Chief Executive Officer – Retail, tasking him with steering the company’s retail business into its next phase of strategic growth. With over two decades of experience across design, sustainability, and real estate operations, Anubhav’s appointment signals Lodha’s intent to build future-ready, experience-driven retail environments.

Prior to joining Lodha, Anubhav served as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business for DLF 5 at DLF Limited, where he led the ultra-luxury portfolio and elevated operational efficiency and customer experience benchmarks. His earlier tenure at Godrej Properties Limited saw him in multiple leadership roles—including CEO – Vikhroli and Chief ESG, Sustainability & CSR Officer—where he founded the acclaimed GPL | Design Studio and helmed flagship projects like The Trees.
