M3M India Launches Jacob & Co. Residences in Noida with Rs2100 Cr Investment

M3M India has announced the launch of Jacob & Co. Residences, a landmark branded residential development in Noida’s central business district. Backed by a Rs2100 crore investment, the project marks Jacob & Co.’s debut in India and is expected to generate a topline of Rs3500 crore.

Spread across six acres, the development will feature 3BHK, 4BHK, and 5BHK ultra-luxury homes priced between Rs14 crore and Rs25 crore. Phase I will deliver 150 branded residences, while Phase II will introduce 100 serviced ultra-luxury units. The project is targeted for completion within three years.

Designed for global citizens, the residences offer seamless connectivity to Delhi, Noida’s commercial hubs, and the upcoming Jewar Airport. Interiors will reflect Jacob & Co.’s signature aesthetic—bold chandeliers, bespoke finishes, and collectible design elements. Each home will include a limited-edition Jacob & Co. timepiece, created exclusively for this collaboration.
