The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), India’s apex real estate body under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, has announced the election of Mr. Parveen Jain as President and Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani as Chairman. The appointments mark a renewed phase of leadership focused on transparency, policy reform, and inclusive urban development.
Mr. Parveen Jain, Founder and MD of Tulip Infratech, returns to NAREDCO’s national leadership after previously serving as President from 2015–2017. Known for his integrity and delivery-focused approach, Jain has led landmark residential and commercial projects across North India. His leadership philosophy is rooted in community-oriented, sustainable planning and streamlined execution. “It is a privilege to once again lead NAREDCO,” said Mr. Jain. “Our focus will be on promoting transparency, supporting progressive policy reforms, and enabling sustainable growth that aligns with India’s larger economic vision.”
Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Co-Founder and MD of the Hiranandani Group, brings decades of experience in infrastructure development and policy advocacy. His appointment as Chairman reflects NAREDCO’s continued emphasis on professionalism and global competitiveness. “With Mr. Jain’s visionary leadership, I am confident NAREDCO will continue to champion constructive reforms and contribute significantly to the nation’s development goals,” said Dr. Hiranandani.
