At Livspace, Joshi contributed across multiple leadership roles spanning design, sales, operations, strategy, platform growth, and workforce development. Most recently, as AVP, Supply Sourcing & Development, she focused on building a high-quality workforce, driving learning and development, and strengthening the partner ecosystem. Earlier, she played a key role in platform growth and strategy, sales operations, and regional business leadership, helping transform the company from an early-stage startup into an industry leader.
