Qubit, the pioneering proptech firm known for its immersive real estate technologies, has announced its Chennai debut in collaboration with Altis Properties. The move follows Qubit’s successful run in Pune, where it delivered 24 projects with 11 developers, and signals the start of a broader national and international expansion.
In Chennai, Qubit has deployed its flagship platform Navigo to showcase Ocean Cliff, Altis’ latest residential offering. Navigo provides buyers with a hyper-realistic digital walkthrough of the property, eliminating guesswork and enhancing decision-making. The firm has also produced a cinematic film to support Altis’ marketing and outreach efforts.
“We are proud to be the first in Chennai to implement Navigo,” said Devansh Gupta, Director, Altis Properties. “This technology allows buyers to explore our projects with unprecedented clarity and confidence.”
Sidharth Gupta, Director at Altis, added, “Our goal has always been to elevate the homebuying experience. Collaborating with Qubit helps us deliver transparency and emotional assurance to our customers.”
Ajjay Parge, Founder-Director of Qubit Global, emphasized Chennai’s strategic importance. “Unlike Pune, Chennai’s buyers are deeply invested in lifestyle and living. Navigo helps them visualize their future with precision. The city’s 10% YoY growth and over 4,300 units sold in Q1 2025 make it a prime market for proptech.”
According to Qubit, Navigo has transformed developer outcomes—boosting conversion rates by 5–7x, reducing cancellations to under 1%, and increasing user engagement to over 35 minutes per session.
The Chennai launch marks the beginning of Qubit’s next growth phase, with Hyderabad, Singapore, and Dubai on the horizon. As India’s proptech market surges toward a projected USD 4.29 billion by 2031, Qubit’s tech-first approach positions it at the forefront of real estate innovation.
