Raymond Lifestyle Limited has announced the appointment of Satyaki Ghosh as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With a diverse leadership background across global consumer and manufacturing businesses, Ghosh will lead Raymond Lifestyle’s next phase of growth, focusing on strengthening innovation, enhancing consumer centricity, and expanding market opportunities.
Ghosh joins Raymond from the Aditya Birla Group, where he most recently served as CEO – Cellulosic Fashion Yarn at Grasim Industries Limited. In this role, he led a manufacturing-driven business with a strong emphasis on operations, sustainability, and profitability. Within the Aditya Birla ecosystem, he also held leadership positions as CEO – Domestic Textiles and Head of Thai Acrylic Fibre, managing multi-country operations and large-scale manufacturing footprints.
Prior to his tenure at Aditya Birla Group, Ghosh spent over seven years at L’Oréal India, where he held senior leadership roles, including Director – Consumer Products Division. He successfully steered marquee brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline, building strong consumer connections and driving category growth.
At Raymond Lifestyle, Ghosh’s mandate includes accelerating growth, sharpening consumer focus, and reinforcing innovation across the company’s lifestyle portfolio. His appointment is aligned with Raymond Group’s long-term strategy to leverage rising domestic consumption and tap into emerging international opportunities, while deepening leadership capabilities across the organization.
