Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt Ltd has purchased two luxury residences in Hubtown Twenty Five South North, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, for a combined value of Rs36.57 crore, according to property registration records reviewed by Square Yards. Both transactions were registered in October 2025.
The first apartment, valued at Rs18.57 crore, spans a RERA carpet area of 222.13 sq. m. (~2390 sq. ft.) with an additional 19.40 sq. m. (~208 sq. ft.), and includes two car parking spaces. The second unit, priced at Rs18 crore, offers a RERA carpet area of 221.30 sq. m. (~2382 sq. ft.) plus 12.86 sq. m. (~138 sq. ft.), also with two car parks. Stamp duty payments for both transactions totaled over Rs2.19 crore.
