Stonecraft Group, known for its sustainable and biophilic real estate developments, has unveiled plans for Temple Town, a landmark 110-acre integrated township at Yadagiri Gutta, Telangana. The project, inspired by the region’s spiritual and cultural legacy, is expected to generate Rs.1,100 crore in revenue.
The township will feature two core components: 90 acres of premium residential plots projected to contribute Rs.500 crore, and a 20-acre Senior Living enclave with 333 independent homes, expected to generate nearly Rs.600 crore.

Located near the revered Lakshmi Narasimha Temple, the township draws inspiration from one of Telangana’s most sacred landmarks, recently redeveloped under the state government. The project is designed as a gated, green, and self-sustained community, featuring wide cement-concrete roads, terracotta paver footpaths, underground utilities, landscaped zones, purpose-built temples, and a wellness-oriented clubhouse. Connectivity will be enhanced by the upcoming Hyderabad MMTS rail extension, strengthening its appeal as a residential hub.
Stonecraft Group is currently developing over 14.5 million sq. ft. (335 acres) across Hyderabad, including projects such as Woods Shamshabad, a 60-acre eco-friendly residential development with Miyawaki forests near Hyderabad International Airport, and Woods Indresham, offering luxury plots with a mango orchard near Patancheru. Upcoming expansions include Stonecraft Woods Shamshabad Phase-II, adding 150 farm units to its Miyawaki forest township.
