Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE) has appointed Puesh Ajmani as Chief Digital Officer (CDO), reinforcing its commitment to technology-driven excellence and future-ready engineering. With over two decades of global experience in AI, data, and digital transformation, Puesh brings a visionary edge to TCE’s evolving digital charter.
In his role, Puesh will lead a dual mandate: accelerating TCE’s internal AI-native transformation and building customer-centric, data-driven solutions that enhance precision, agility, and sustainability across the company’s design and delivery ecosystem. His focus on AI, automation, and analytics aims to embed intelligence into every layer of engineering execution.
Prior to joining TCE, Puesh served as Global Chief Digital and Information Officer at Welspun World, where he led one of the sector’s most ambitious digital overhauls—integrating AI-first supply chains, blockchain transparency, and e-commerce innovation. His earlier roles at Mahindra & Mahindra and Tata Motors saw him pioneer analytics frameworks that delivered measurable business impact.
Puesh is recognized among India’s Top 50 Analytics Leaders (2020–2023) and serves on the MIT Technology Review Global AI Panel and the World Economic Forum’s AI Leaders Community, reflecting his deep influence in shaping digital transformation narratives.
