UrbanVault, one of India’s fastest-growing managed and flexible workspace providers, has announced the appointment of Ashish Ambast as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This marks a significant step in the company’s technology-led growth journey, underscoring its commitment to building robust in-house systems and digital infrastructure.
With over 15 years of global technology experience, Ambast brings deep expertise in backend architecture, system scalability, and product development. An alumnus of IIT Guwahati, he has previously held key roles at Yahoo and Microsoft, where he contributed to building scalable technology platforms. At UrbanVault, he will spearhead innovation, digital transformation, and the development of proprietary technology solutions tailored to the managed workspace ecosystem.
UrbanVault has already rolled out several in-house tools, including a Visitor Management System, a custom-built Customer Review and Feedback System, and multiple operational efficiency platforms. With Ambast at the helm, the company plans to accelerate backend infrastructure development, launch tenant experience platforms, automate workflows, and create scalable product ecosystems to support rapid expansion.

The company expects turnover to exceed ₹200 crore in FY2025-26, with 70%+ year-on-year growth and 18% PAT, positioning itself at the forefront of India’s evolving flexible office sector.
