We are not seeing sufficient attention to the real estate industry. However, affordable housing investments, digital push and focus on better infrastructure may boost the real estate picture in coming years.

In the coming 5-10 years, we will see a lot of digital transformation across the realty and construction industry. Following that will be a great change towards logical transformation where all data is processed based on supervised or unsupervised logic. Ultimately this will lead to an autonomous future of the real estate industry using AI transformation.
