Stonelam’s collection of porcelain slabs is non-porous, resistant to scratch, moisture, heat, frost, liquid and come with a warranty of 25 years. They are available in sizes of 3m x 1m and are just 3mm thick. With all the properties of stone but weighing less than 800gms/sqft they are the ideal façade solution.
Stonelam Façade system comprises the structural elements that provide lateral and vertical resistance to Dead, Live, wind loads and other elements. There are three “Stonelam Facade Systems,” designed as per different uses & applications - SFS-1, SFS-2 and SFS-3.

Scratch & Stain Resistant: Stonelam slab’s hard surface makes it resistant to scratches and deep abrasion. The properties remain unchanged even when subject to intensive use & frequent cleaning. Stains of all kind & the strongest of pigments can be easily removed from the Stonelam slabs, making the colours last longer.
Fire Resistant: When in contact with fire, neither does it burn nor does it emit smoke or toxic substances. These are rated as A2-S1-D0
Eco-Friendly: Vertical surfaces treated with Hydrotect® technology react with UV rays and decompose any organic matter, neutralizing nitrogen oxides with a cleaning effect. Stonelam slabs are made from 94% natural raw materials and sustainable technology
Hygienic Surface: Stonelam is prepared by a process called Sintering. The slabs are resistant to bacteria, mold or fungi, are easy to clean and offer zero maintenance.
Weather-Proof: With no organic pigments, Stonelam slab colours do not fade away. With a water absorption level of 0.1%, they are resistant to liquid, moisture, UV rays, thermal shocks & frost and can handle low temperatures with ease. They retain their features and chromatic properties for long periods of time.
Tallest, Thinnest, Strongest & Lightest: Slabs up to 3000 x1000mm are available. Compared to natural stone slabs, they are larger and allow for full coverage. 3mm+ Stonelam slabs weigh 8.2 kg/m2 & has value of 7 Mohs Hardness Scale with all-weather zero maintenance
Value for Money: The facades average life is 5X longer in comparison with other materials like wood, ACP, HPL, paints, glass or laminate that require regular maintenance.
