A Milestone Project
Purva Park in Cox Town, Bengaluru, has positioned the company as pioneers in theme-based residential developments. Inspired by Mediterranean and Spanish architecture, it introduced elegant design elements, such as arched windows and tiled roofs. Completed in 2007, it appealed to discerning homebuyers and set the tone for our future luxury projects.

We have two dedicated quality teams – one at the project level and another at the corporate office, which monitor execution. Our ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System (QMS) ensures optimal cost, minimal environmental impact, and consistent quality. QMS training is mandatory for all employees. Our Project Review Management (PRM) system facilitates monthly reviews, benchmarked against global best practices.
