His career spans senior roles at CapitaLand, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji, where he built a reputation for delivering high-quality developments and scaling operations.

A graduate of NIT Allahabad and an alumnus of the Indian School of Business (Hyderabad), Mr. Santhosh combines technical depth with strategic foresight.
