The deal covers 4.859 acres of land in Technopark Phase I, paving the way for a large-scale mixed-use development.
The project will deliver approximately 1.2 million sq. ft. of built-up area, anchored by the World Trade Center Trivandrum featuring A-Grade office space, alongside a five-star hotel with over 200 keys. This strategic move aligns with the rising demand for high-quality IT infrastructure and hospitality facilities in Kerala, particularly in Thiruvananthapuram, which has rapidly emerged as a significant technology hub.
Brigade Enterprises’ strong financial growth underscores its readiness for this long-term project. The company’s latest balance sheet shows total assets rising 23.5% year-on-year to Rs.22,090 crore, while equity surged 66.26% to ₹5,915 crore, reflecting robust fundamentals to support ambitious developments.

-
Mixed-use Development: Integrates office space with hospitality, enhancing project diversity.
Commenting on the initiative, company executives highlighted that the World Trade Center Trivandrum will attract both domestic and international businesses, boosting local employment and contributing to Kerala’s economic growth. The five-star hotel component is expected to complement the IT ecosystem by catering to global professionals and visitors.
