Total Environment has announced the appointment of Pavankumar Hansoge as Group Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 34 years of global experience in engineering, manufacturing, and large-scale project delivery.
Hansoge has led high-performing, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, with a strong record in transformation, operational excellence, and technology-driven innovation across both the consumer goods and automotive component sectors.
He began his career at Bosch, building a foundation in engineering and manufacturing excellence. He later held senior engineering leadership roles at PepsiCo and Unilever, driving major initiatives in capital projects, automation, and sustainability. Most recently, as Vice President – International Engineering at PepsiCo, he spearheaded the development and rollout of affordable, next-generation, and sustainable technologies across international markets. Hansoge holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from B.M.S. College of Engineering, Bengaluru.
His appointment marks a significant step in advancing Total Environment’s long-term commitment to building strong systems, deepening operational capability, and supporting its design-led ethos. In his new role, Hansoge will lead the Product Organization, overseeing all aspects of design, engineering, construction, and manufacturing.
