DevX Launches Capital One, Tier II India’s Largest Managed Office Campus

Dev Accelerator Limited (NSE: DEVX; BSE: 544513) has announced the launch of Capital One, a 3.15 lakh sq. ft managed office campus in Ahmedabad, marking a milestone in India’s commercial real estate sector. As the country’s largest managed office space campus in a Tier II city, Capital One underscores the growing shift of global capability centers (GCCs) and high?growth enterprises toward emerging destinations beyond traditional metros.

Spread across 19 floors, the asset has already achieved 95% occupancy prior to its official launch, with technology, accounting, and media firms leading the tenant mix. This strong pre?launch traction highlights the rising demand for high?quality, flexible workplace solutions in Tier II cities and reflects growing confidence in Ahmedabad’s talent pool, infrastructure, and cost advantages.

Speaking on the launch, Umesh Uttamchandani, Managing Director of DevX, said: “Capital One strengthens DevX’s position at the forefront of workplace transformation across India’s emerging cities. With modern design principles, advanced technology integration, and a focus on experience?led environments, this campus represents the next wave of workspaces enterprises increasingly seek beyond Tier I hubs.”

Designed as a holistic workplace ecosystem, Capital One integrates lifestyle and wellness?focused amenities to enhance convenience and productivity. Facilities include a managed cafeteria, coffee lounge, breakout zones, on?site creche, game zone, gymnasium, and yoga area. Tenants also benefit from shared conference and meeting spaces, an event hall, prayer and medical rooms, and added conveniences such as an in?house salon and car wash service.
