Stylework, India’s leading SaaS?based co?working and managed workspace aggregator, has closed a Pre?Series B funding round of INR 30 crore at a pre?money valuation of INR 250 crore. The round was led by Equentis Angel Fund, with participation from Karekeba Ventures, Cogniphy AIF Fund, Lets Venture Fund, MoneyVyapaar, HNIs, and other strategic investors.
The company plans to deploy the fresh capital towards technology enhancement, domestic and international expansion, and key leadership hires across transactions, business, and product growth roles. Stylework will also accelerate its AI?driven marketplace offerings for operators, clients, and channel partners, focusing on predictive analytics, utilization dashboards, and deeper penetration in Tier I and emerging Tier II & III cities.

Stylework has maintained profitability while achieving INR 280 crore annualized GMV, selling over 70,000 seats, and expanding its network to 125+ cities nationwide. The platform currently connects 650+ coworking and managed office operators across 5,000+ centers, offering corporates flexibility, cost optimization, and nationwide portfolio management through its Master Service Agreement model.
