Bollywood actor Kareena Kapoor has rented out her Bandra apartment at a monthly rent of ₹2.75 lakh for a three‑year tenure, according to documents accessed by Zapkey. The agreement includes a security deposit of ₹8.25 lakh and provides for a 5% rent escalation after the first 12 months.
The deal highlights the continued demand for premium residential spaces in Bandra, one of Mumbai’s most sought‑after neighbourhoods known for its upscale housing, vibrant markets, and proximity to business hubs.
Last month, Kapoor’s sister Karisma Kapoor renewed the lease of her Bandra West apartment for a total rent of ₹66.12 lakh, underscoring the area’s strong rental momentum. Karisma’s property, leased to Kongsberg Maritime India Pvt Ltd since November 2023, was extended for an additional year through a fresh agreement registered on November 14, 2025, with stamp duty of ₹17,100 and registration charges of ₹1,000.
Bandra West continues to attract high‑profile tenants and investors, thanks to its excellent connectivity via major roads, local train stations, and upcoming metro routes. Its proximity to Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mahim, and Santacruz, along with lifestyle landmarks such as Bandstand and Carter Road, reinforces its appeal as a premium residential and cultural hub.
The Kapoor sisters’ rental deals reflect the enduring value of Bandra’s real estate market, where lifestyle, location, and connectivity converge to sustain strong demand.
