Mayfair Housing, one of Mumbai’s leading real estate brands, has announced the appointment of Nitin Nagpal as its Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO). In his new role, Nagpal will oversee Mayfair Housing’s integrated sales and marketing mandate, aligning business growth with market intelligence and customer expectations. His responsibilities will span revenue optimisation, product positioning, pricing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and building resilient sales ecosystems across the company’s portfolio.
With over two decades of experience across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and pre‑lease segments, Nagpal brings a blend of strategic leadership and operational depth. His expertise includes P&L ownership, organisational scaling, business expansion planning, and stakeholder management. Prior to joining Mayfair Housing, he was associated with Dosti Realty Ltd. for nearly a decade, serving as Director – Sales, Marketing and Presales Sourcing. He also played a pivotal role in shaping HDFC Realty Ltd.’s residential and commercial verticals from inception, driving large‑scale developments across emerging Indian markets.
Nagpal’s industry contributions have been widely recognised, including the CREDAI MCHI Golden Pillar Award for Marketing Specialist of the Year 2025. He has also built strong brand collaborations, including celebrity associations and education‑led partnerships.
