Andheri West is one of Mumbai’s most sought-after real estate zones, serving both residential and commercial demand. It offers robust connectivity via road, rail, and metro, and is located near the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. The locality is close to major business districts such as Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), SEEPZ, and Lower Parel, making it a strategic choice for professionals and enterprises alike.
Kartik Aaryan, known for his roles in films like Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, and Satyaprem Ki Katha, is regarded as one of the prominent young actors in Hindi cinema. This commercial investment marks a significant real estate move for the actor and his family.
