Malhotra brings extensive experience in people strategy and large‑scale HR transformation across manufacturing, textiles, and consumer‑facing organizations. Prior to joining Simpolo Group, he served as Vice President – Human Resources at Welspun World and earlier as AVP – HCGA at Welspun World India Limited, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening leadership capability, driving workforce transformation, and aligning human capital strategy with business growth across multiple locations.
Before Welspun, Malhotra spent nearly 14 years at Arvind Limited as General Manager – HR & ER, leading comprehensive HR and employee relations initiatives across large manufacturing setups. His earlier career included roles at GLOBUS Stores Pvt. Ltd., along with formative internships at Asian Paints and Maruti Suzuki India Limited, giving him a well‑rounded foundation in HR practices across diverse industries.
With a strong track record across diversified Indian conglomerates, Malhotra brings a balanced, institution‑first approach to his new role at Simpolo Tiles and Bathware.
