SPA Group has announced its forward strategy for 2026–2027, unveiling plans for four major residential and lifestyle projects across Bangalore with a capital outlay of approximately ₹2000 crore. The expansion reflects the Group’s philosophy of nature-led development, community building, and experiential living, marking one of its most significant growth phases.
Known for iconic communities such as Frangipani Estates and Ecocity, SPA Group will introduce master-planned developments across Sarjapur Road, Hoskote (off Bangalore–Chennai Highway), New Whitefield Road, and North Bangalore. Each project will embody the Group’s principles of low-density planning, nature-first design, large open spaces, and enriched community experiences.
The upcoming communities are envisioned as hospitality-led, family-oriented environments offering elevated everyday living. They will feature plug-and-play frameworks for modern lifestyles, biodiversity-led landscaping, and expanded partnership-driven services spanning recreation, hospitality, wellness, culture, and learning.
As part of this expansion, SPA Group will also unveil Vismaya, a nature-immersive destination for weddings and corporate events. Designed as a cultural hub, Vismaya sets the tone for the Group’s experience-driven approach and will serve as a platform for curated events and community gatherings.
“Our projects will evolve, but our values remain deep rooted and constant. SPA Group is entering a dynamic growth phase — and every new project reflects our belief in community, nature, and purposeful living. This next chapter is not just about building homes, but building environments that enrich life in meaningful ways,” said Prashant Kajaria, Managing Director, SPA Group.
Detailed announcements, masterplans, and timelines for the four new projects will be shared in the coming months as the Group finalises its phased rollout.
