Tata Projects Limited (TPL), one of India’s leading EPC firms, has entered into an exclusive partnership with ASI Global, a global leader in aircraft hangar design and fabrication, to co-develop world-class Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) infrastructure in India.
The collaboration will offer end-to-end, turnkey solutions for hangars and MRO facilities, combining TPL’s integrated delivery capabilities with ASI Global’s advanced modular construction and structural engineering expertise. This strategic alliance aims to meet the surging demand for aviation infrastructure from commercial airlines, third-party MROs, business jet operators, and the defence sector.
With India poised to become one of the world’s largest aviation markets, the need for rapidly deployable, high-quality maintenance infrastructure is critical. The partnership positions Tata Projects and ASI Global as sole integrated solution providers for hangars, stressed arch structures, sports centers, and bulk storage facilities — all built to global standards.
Vinayak Pai, MD & CEO of Tata Projects, stated, “This partnership marks a significant step in delivering ready-to-operate MRO assets for India’s aviation sector. We’re combining engineering excellence with speed, safety, and reliability.”
Mark Langbein, MD of ASI Global, added, “Together with Tata Projects, we offer clients a one-stop solution backed by deep experience, in-house fabrication, and unmatched delivery capability.”
This MoU signals a new chapter in India’s aviation infrastructure story — one built on precision, partnership, and future-ready design.
