Total Environment has announced the appointment of Pramod Bisht as Managing Director & CEO for its Real Estate Development vertical. With nearly three decades of leadership experience, Pramod brings deep expertise in scaling businesses, driving transformation, and delivering enterprise value across India’s real estate landscape.
Pramod has held senior roles at leading organizations including Godrej Properties, Tata Realty, Lodha Developers, Altisource, and the AXA Group. Most recently, as CEO for South India at Godrej Properties, he successfully expanded market share and managed a portfolio with annual sales bookings exceeding Rs 6,500 crore. He holds an Advanced Management degree from The Wharton School, an MBA from IIM Bangalore, and a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
In his new role, Pramod will spearhead Total Environment’s growth strategy in real estate, focusing on unlocking development opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery aligned with the group’s design-led vision.
