POSITIVE  MARKETING  MAKES  CUSTOMER  FEEL GOOD
  I have been working with the Group for more than four years, and heading the Marketing and Corporate Communications functions of the Group for all business verticals – Real Estate, Retail, Hotel, Schools etc. I am actively involved in, project planning, land acquisition, and financial planning. NOVEL STRATEGIES & PRODUCTS Drone shoots, videos, aggressive dependence on digital, interactive touch screen for sales, improvement in customers experience at project sites, digital token system in CRM etc. We are using drones to create stunning project footages, VR and AI for project visualization, chatbots, matterport for site imagery in planning stage, analytics for pre and post sales response capturing. All these initiatives have resulted in enhanced performance of sales people. Our endeavour is to be fastest selling real estate brand and through robust marketing strategies we have successfully achieved it in the last 3 years. MOST SUCCESSFUL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS 2018 was the greatest ever year for Group which saw 10,000 units sold amounting to Rs. 4,000 crore sales turnover. The year saw us churning out campaign after campaign for various projects. Marketing budget shot up from a yearly average of Rs. 18 crore to Rs 55 crores in the same period. It improved overall market positivity in the Real Estate sector of the region. Competitors in the region also acknowledged the positive market sentiment and were successful in offloading their inventories. I WORK TOWARDS ELEVATING THE BRAND GAURS TO BE ONE OF THE MOST RECALLED REAL ESTATE BRANDS IN INDIA AND THE TOP TRUSTED BRAND IN REAL ESTATE. SOCIAL INITIATIVES Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao initiative was started in Gaurs International School, where 320 girls from underprivileged families get free education till 12th Standard. I am a key part of this initiative – orientation, promotion and events happen around this initiative which I spearhead. The Group has been closely associated with Pinkishe foundation that works for women menstrual hygiene and I coordinate this association with the Foundation. MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS I organized the 25th Anniversary event of the Group where the 3,000 strong staff participated. I have been instrumental in the launch of many projects including biggest Mall in Greater Noida, two Schools, hotel etc. and have achieved sales worth more than Rs 10,000 crores in this tenure.
