VLIV, a managed rental housing brand by Experion (part of AT Capital Group), has unveiled its first co-living residence exclusively for women in Greater Noida. This state-of-the-art, thoughtfully designed residence marks the brand’s first step towards building a structured, service-led rental housing ecosystem in India. With a $300 million investment commitment, VLIV has been conceptualised to serve the evolving needs of India’s urban co-living spaces. The Greater Noida project has 730 twin-sharing beds, offering residents a dependable, well-managed living experience with a focus on safety, comfort, and well-being.

The company aims to scale to 20,000 beds over the next few years, with a long-term vision of reaching 100,000 beds nationwide.
