I ’m responsible for creating and executing holistic brand strategies and relevant communication for respective properties. A 360-degree marketing approach that includes multiple communication channels (Advertising, Digital, PR, BTL, amongst others.) is set to enhance awareness to the right target audience and increase buyer demand and customer loyalty. I’m also responsible for the overall business growth and brand management of my portfolio. NOVEL STRATEGIES & PRODUCTS For buyer’s convenience, Piramal Realty created a hassle-free digital platform. This was amplified across all the social media platforms by engaging with key influencers who match the target audience. The influencers took their audience through a step-by-step process video, integrating an enriched virtual journey to book apartments at Piramal Realty without leaving the comfort of one's home. As a result, the project achieved sales of over 400 units in Q2FY'20, outperforming itself in Thane's residential market. Last year, In June, the launch of A Class Homes campaign received a tremendous response, recording sale of INR 200 crore with over 300 units within 9 days of the launch. I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY LED VARIOUS PROJECT AND TOWER LAUNCHES, SPEARHEADING THE ENTIRE END TO END MARKETING CAMPAIGNS. I UNDERSTAND THE MIND-SET OF A NON-RESIDENTIAL INDIAN, THE TESTAMENT OF THIS IS PIRAMAL MAHALAXMI RECORDING OVER 2X GROWTH IN NRI SALES. MOST SUCCESSFUL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS Designed to lure the elites of Mumbai, a compelling marketing campaign was launched to announce not just the launch of North Tower at Piramal Mahalaxmi but to also announce ‘The Trilogy at Piramal Mahalaxmi’ being available to elite homebuyers by highlighting the luxury living experience the residential property offers Campaign Concept: The Enlightened Trilogy Communication Campaign Strategy: 1 Phase – ‘Incognito’ Pre-Teaser 2 Phase – Teaser Campaign 2 Phase – ‘Revealing Campaign’ the culmination of three towers, simultaneous events/campaigns/launch 3 Phase – ‘Signum’ Guarantee, honor, endorsement (Piramal Mahalaxmi seals a lifetime pact).
