Lodha unveils new residential project ‘Am?ra’

Realty major, Lodha Group has announced the launch of Am?ra in central Thane. The project Am?ra is spread over 40 acres and comprises with 1, 2 and 3 BHK in 27-30 storied towers, and 85 per cent of space left open. Lodha Group claims that during its pre-launch this project has witnessed an unprecedented sale of over 2000 homes worth Rs. 1600 crores and within the first weekend of launch, another 300 units have been sold. These sales are record-breaking and reflective of the strong demand for high quality housing in the Mumbai region.
