Piramal Realty launches commercial project

Piramal Realty, real estate development arm of Piramal Group has launched a commercial project, 'Piramal Agastya' in Mumbai’s Kurla. The project spread over 16.25 acres will be developed as a corporate park and will have independent buildings and multi-format office spaces ranging from over 3,200sqft carpet area to over 1,00,000sqft of contiguous carpet area on a single floor plate. Piramal Agastya will be completed in two phases with phase I covering around leasable area of one million sqft, consisting of three buildings.
