Aranyaka, a leading brand in India’s gated second-home space, has officially launched with four landmark residential developments that offer premium, nature-integrated living for discerning homeowners.
Founded by seasoned professionals with deep experience in real estate consulting and land advisory, the team entered full-time development in 2022. The first project, Araville Farms in Naugaon, located 1-1.5 hours from Delhi and Gurgaon via the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway, quickly sold out to become a benchmark for second-home living in the Delhi-NCR region. This success was followed by the launch of Twin Lakes, a 50-acre retreat surrounded by water bodies and natural greenery. Two fresh projects, Sway in Naugaon and Socorro in Goa, are currently being introduced as Aranyaka continues to expand its footprint.
Reflecting on the strategic roadmap of Aranyaka, Aditya Kakar, Co-founder, added, “We have taken a focused and long-term approach to building Aranyaka. With over 300 Cr planned in investment, every project has been selected for its potential to deliver lasting value. This is not just about premium locations or strong returns, but about creating second homes that offer real, lived experiences. Our commitment is to have responsible development balancing financial strength with thoughtful planning and meaningful design.”
Aranyaka’s current projects cover a variety of landscapes and living formats - from farms to beaches, to forests and hills. Its four distinctive offerings, across key business hubs in India, are each located within 1.5 hours of a major city, spanning over 180 acres of land-base and housing more than 200 plots that will appeal to a wide range of buyers.
Together, these projects are expected to generate over Rs1000 Crore in revenue, reflecting growing demand for well-conceived second-home communities. To support its development pipeline, Aranyaka has planned an investment of over Rs300 crores over the next three years, with capital allocated toward land acquisition, infrastructure, and construction.
Speaking on the vision behind Aranyaka’s launch, Biju Menon, Co-founder of Aranyaka, said, “Aranyaka was born out of a personal understanding of what people truly seek in a second home, and generally in life. It is not just about escaping the city, but about reconnecting with yourself in a space that feels peaceful, rooted and real. Our vision is to create places that are not only beautiful and aligned with nature, but also legally, secure and thoughtfully designed. Every location we choose reflects our belief in offering a lifestyle that values clarity, balance and lasting meaning.
