Bodhii Tree, a premium villa plot development by Vaishnavi Residences, is strategically located off the Bengaluru–Tirupati Highway (NH-75), in Neo Bengaluru’s rapidly growing investment corridor.

The company was awarded the exclusive sales and marketing mandate for the investor units. This holistic approach provided the developer with complete visibility into incoming cash flows from unit sales, while simultaneously unblocking the supply chain to resume site activity.
As a result, construction progress has significantly accelerated — and the development is now on track to be completed well ahead of the RERA possession timeline.
