BHIVE plans to expand its portfolio by an astounding 1.5 million square feet in the upcoming year

Bengaluru, September 29, 2025 – BHIVE Workspace, India's leading provider of coworking and managed office spaces, expanded its footprint in Bengaluru’s Central Business District with the launch of BHIVE Platinum Old Airport Road in Indiranagar. Leased from Century Real Estate, the property spreads across 40,000 square feet, and is BHIVE’s sixth coworking and managed workspace in Indiranagar. Apart from 1052 seats, the centre offers premium amenities like on-site beverage zones, sports zones, and premium add-ons.

BHIVE Platinum Old Airport Road is at the heart of a vibrant hub, surrounded by unique commercial, residential, and retail facilities, with the added advantage of seamless metro connectivity.

BHIVE has added 1.5 million square feet to its coworking and managed office portfolio in the last two years. This rapid expansion is in line with the company's strategy to meet the growing need for dynamic and adaptable workspaces. By the end of FY26, BHIVE Workspace plans to double its existing footprint to 3 million square feet.

BHIVE Workspace registered a revenue of over ?250 Crore in FY 2024-25, reflecting its strong financial performance. Building on this momentum, the company is targeting 20% growth this fiscal year leading to their pre IPO plans. This effectively doubles their growth trajectory while sustaining profitability in the highly competitive coworking and managed office space industry.
